Thank you for your review and feedback! As we have grown over the past year, we are continuing to work with our teams to optimize ways of work. We will be completing our annual benefits review later this year, and RRSP matching is something we are examining.

Pros

International company with exposure to US, Canadian, UK, Australian, South Africa and New Zealand markets We are building software for small business owners to make their lives easier, save them time and get them paid faster. It's satisfying work and gratifying to see happy customers using our product. Founder-led company. The founder's values set the tone for the company and a strong sense of camaraderie amongst the team. Lots of folks who have a deep knowledge of the accounting and book keeping space. If you want to learn and go deep on small business software, ledgers, work-flow management software then this real life MBA for you. Remote and WFH friendly and flexible. People laugh at themselves and share the credit. Mistakes are okay and encouraged if it means lessons are learned and we keep moving forward.

Cons

Team located in multiple time zones, which sometimes means early morning or an evening call. Discipline is important or you won't unplug. The company is growing fast, lots of new faces, people getting up to speed on process and documentation.
