Pros

The leaders are mostly good people. Team members are typically good people, however there are a few unpleasant characters around. The business is fundamentally healthy.

Cons

Depending on which team you are on, career growth potential can be limited. The company is growing at a slow and steady rate (not a bad thing necessarily) The product and industry is a little on the boring side.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your experience working at Ignition. It's feedback such as this that allows us to continuously improve. Our Senior Leadership Team & all levels of management strive to embody our value "We Work Without Ego" in order to bring transparent and servant leadership throughout Ignition. Our people are truly our power, and further exemplify our values, as you've highlighted. Further, being a globally distributed team can often mean not being able to interact with other colleagues as often, and as such not being able to engage or know others well. We're looking at addressing this and open to your suggestions. We are really proud to have launched an internal career pathway program, along with defining success for growth at each level. We highly encourage you to speak to your leader about this if you are interested in growth opportunities within your team. Further, we have benefits that can assist you in your growth journey, such as our education allowance, our internal learning system and setting up a growth plan with your leader. Lastly, we are really excited about our growth journey and successes, as displayed recently by being named to the Australian Financial Review's Annual Fast 100 List, which highlights Australia’s fastest growing companies. We recognise an ever-changing, fast-paced, SaaS environment may not be for all. We appreciate your feedback & welcome you to chat with any one of our Senior Leaders further about your concerns. We truly hope you will be able to recommend Ignition in the future.

Hello, thank you for your review of your experience working at Ignition. One of our company values is "we are better everyday", which aligns with our culture of continuous learning and achieving both personal and business goals. We recognise hard work equally has to be balanced with employee wellbeing, and as such encourage our team to utilise our time-away from work options (annual leave, well-being days, etc), along with other wellness benefits such as our company subscription to Headspace and our Employee Assistance Program.

Pros

- Ignition is constantly growing and evolving. As a result you operate at a fast pace and therefore, your opportunity to learn and grow with the company is immense. - Fantastic people that care about each other and our customers. They truly care about what the product is trying to help our customers achieve. - A culture of trust that you are capable of doing what you were brought in to do. - The team has grown to include some incredible leaders and contributors who bring great ideas to the table. - flexibility to work how you like, when you like.

Cons

-The fast pace means things change quickly. The pace isn't for everyone due to ambiguity as processes and focus changes. If you can live with ambiguity, you can survive the pace of change.
