I can't say enough good things about the culture at Illumio as we continue to grow as a company. A common theme that I noticed right away is that egos are incredibly rare and everyone assumes positive intent during collaborative efforts.

Cons

The only con that I have is that I didn't join sooner!

Cons

Fast-paced environment. They make sure the quota is extremely tough to achieve in America. Reps in other countries have more opportunities for quota success but have the same scale as American employees.
