Awful management team at every level. Zero transparency bad decisions made and employees are so low on the totem pole if they’re on the pole at all

I am truly sorry that you felt this way and wish you the best in your career. Illumio values it employees greatly, tries to find the right work-life balance for a growing company, and seeks to give its employees as much autonomy as possible, because that is the way a company scales and grows. About the concern you raised about employees being so low on the totem pole, in this year’s Best Places to Work survey, more than 4/5th of employees gave favorable responses to the question of whether Illumio’s leaders valued people as the most important resource. In no way are we satisfied with that, and I wish that you had brought your concerns up to me directly. I echo the previous comment: I've never experienced a more miserable, unfulfilling and dissonant working situation in my life.

Pros

Good Product, positive outlook for the company

Cons

Lot of favoritism/bias from Managers amongst the employees and talking about unbiasing, lot of arrogance amongst older employees, not easy to share/gain knowledge
