Illumio values it employees greatly, tries to find the right work-life balance for a growing company, and seeks to give its employees as much autonomy as possible, because that is the way a company scales and grows. About the concern you raised about employees being so low on the totem pole, in this year’s Best Places to Work survey, more than 4/5th of employees gave favorable responses to the question of whether Illumio’s leaders valued people as the most important resource. In no way are we satisfied with that, and I wish that you had brought your concerns up to me directly.
