It’s disheartening to hear that you have been left with a poor impression—and we realize that it may be impossible to restore your confidence. It’s true that we’ve undergone many changes as we’ve transitioned from a small start-up to a midsized industry contender. It’s also true that this came as the result of years of hard work bringing us into a unique position in the market place. How did we get there? Through focus on a single mission to help make our customers more secure, running to challenges, and solving lots of problems - including hard ones. All this to say, problems don’t intimidate us. They prompt us to take a step back, be introspective and reassess what we can do better but, ultimately, our determination in the face of problems and willingness to take on that challenge is part of what has produced the successes. If you decide to stick with us, you may get to be a part of making the evolutionary changes that are needed at this stage in our company. I also really encourage you to reach out directly to me or any member of our Leadership team to help us understand more fully the concerns that you have. I personally would like to understand better. We know that change is not always smooth and we're here to listen and work together to improve in all areas.
