I would%E2%80%99ve liked the chance to talk through your concerns while you were here, specifically %E2%80%9Csenior leader offers huge compensation to personal related people%E2%80%9D. As with all feedback we receive on Glassdoor, we take every comment seriously. So, when we saw this complaint, our team went to work reviewing all hiring decisions over the time you were with us. The good news is that we can confirm that there were no personally related leadership hires, let alone with publicized compensation advantages. Our performance and hiring processes are designed to prevent any kind of undue favoritism and we continuously refine and improve them to ensure that is always the case. Thank you for taking time to provide feedback—love the enthusiasm! Your request to executive staff to pop by more and strike up conversations was passed on. As we’ve grown and more than doubled over the last year it’s true that there are more and more demands on leadership’s time. To balance this, we’ve introduced more ways to stay connected such as our Q&A sessions hosted by a rotating member of our execs and ‘ask me anything’ threads on our internal messaging app. I’ve also been asking for invites to meetings I normally don't attend.
