If you are a 10 person start up person, this is not your place If you like to work on hard problems and are open and curious you are in the right place You will not have an easy job, growing, changing is hard. No person is perfect and no group of people are perfect. Management needs to evolve and they will, but it takes time and hard work. They are people too. People are not perfect. If you want to work with a group of similar people, this is not your place Illumio is diverse, big differences in experience, many types of cultures, styles of working, many different viewpoints. All the diversity means it's hard to agree sometimes but that's OK. Be OK with the process. Lots of process and scale problems- that's where we are right now
