      Pros

      Good working environment and scope of growth. A great exposure to people and process, able to learn things quickly and can get great help/support from colleagues and Management. Learning platform and opportunity to grow laterally and vertically. Motivational, work-life balance New process, efficiency methodology to simplify the tasks and team member inputs and feedback requested to make it better. Enjoy good food offered in the office

      Pros

      Many changes which took out some bad seeds and added some great people to the company. Some great hard working operational team members to work alongside with. Good scientific team who are competent.

      Cons

      Terrible CEO, executive management and VP. Very disrespectful attitude to the operational teams and project management. No transparency, people are let go while informing the company that they chose to leave on their own accord. Nobody believes anything management says, they are only in it for themselves and only protect themselves against tyrant belligerent CEO. People are thrown under the bus so management can stay afloat. Everyone works 60+ work weeks just to stay above water. No work life balance and management does not care as long as sponsor is happy. There is no loyalty, everyone is job searching, no one respects executive mgmt, VP or CEO. If you suck up to them, you may get promoted.

      Pros

      The team mentality and collaboration are great.

      Cons

      The CEO physically assaults his employees and threatens them with violence. Management is lazy and negative. The people in management positions who care don’t last long.
