      I am happy to be part if this company. Well disciplined company and great culture. Feel awesome to work with experienced and talented team, opportunities are available to enhance your skills while you work. I will say-make your dreams turn into reality with your skills, commitment and & dedicationand management's positive outlook. Management is always open for any suggestions, feedback from employees.

      Pros

      I have been working at IE for almost 2 years. Every learned and sincere working professional wants to team up with a company which is solid in basics and strong in fundamental ethics. Working in Imaging Endpoints means filling-up of the freshness of science every moment. This company is loaded with Good mentors to guide, formidable infrastructure, experienced workforce and well laid industry driven global regulatory practices. It’s a regular practice in IE to interact with CEO’s, VP’s and Directors who patiently listen to and are open for suggestions. People are recognised &rewarded for extra work, their skills-sets and hardship pay off in the form of career progression. Thanks to the management team for great support. I would strongly recommend this Company to everyone.

      Pros

      * Most all the employees are amazing people who work hard and are easy to get along with * There is a good opportunity to make connections in the health field * The Medical leader is amazing and stands for a good goal in the cancer fighting field

      Cons

      The Business leader is a tyrant, who is only focused on himself and treats everyone with disrespect and abuse. He beats people down on a daily basis, no department is immune. Working from home may help in minimizing his abuse, but does not eliminate it. He is professionally inappropriate and is only looking out for himself; business wise, financially, personally, you name it. Turnover rate is high, those that stay are just afraid to lose their income for their family's sake, but eventually end up leaving.
