Pros
A couple good people still left....a couple. That means NOT a lot. Imperva used to be a GREAT place to work. In fact one of the finest I have ever worked for. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case.
Cons
* If you admire and require a CEO whom will swear the company is not for sale, admits once it is sold that they were working on a sale since he first came on, obtains millions during the sale for himself and management (some of which had barely been at Imperva for a year), but gives ZERO to the employees, many of which had been at Imperva for over a decade, this is the place for you. * You want to believe what management says, but time and time again you will come to the realization you have been deceived once again. * A complete roller coaster, with layoffs of good people occurring without explanation on a regular basis. * They will try and sell the dream, but all they are really trying to do is hang on until their payoffs vest. * Do yourself a favor and look for a company who TRULY values its employees. Only come to Imperva if you need somewhere to sit and cool your jets while you look for a legitimate company looking to truly grow the business, and looks to enrich employees, management, and shareholders alike.
