Lots to do. Many kind people. Lots of learning opportunities.

Cons

You MUST submit to the overly-cheery and almost fakely positive culture. If you're not an ultra high performer or want to work in creative ways, you'll be highly discouraged. They don't like people WFH (but are fine with managers doing it).

This company has one of the cultures I've ever been apart of. Management and coworkers really care that everyone is growing and learning. There are no political games, just creating abundance.

Cons

Evening meetings are normal to check in with the India team.
