Classic cult/sales tactics are used, with long "personal development" sessions focused on getting you to be vulnerable and then using your vulnerability to increase your productivity and commitment to the company and "mission". Isolation, constant surveillance, and withholding of rest and food are all tactics used in "building culture" and increasing connectivity. No work life balance. I was regularly on meetings at 5:30AM, then heading to the office (no remote work allowed), and then on more meetings at 9PM that night. The company is built for the Indian employees in Bangalore and Jaipur, although it's not even built well for them. Wages are way below market value, and business is stagnant. After years and years over and over again of promising never to lay any one off, management still managed to do two rounds of layoffs in 2025. They called it something else to appease their conscious, but the reality is that those people would still have jobs if business was steady. On top of that, management is clique-y. Even with each other. People at the very very top don't get along with each other and prefer to work in silos. Management is judgemental, unempathetic, and demanding. The worst part? They wrap it in a shiny veneer of "love". One of the worst examples of a toxic culture built by a narcissist within late-stage capitalism, a system that rewards the greedy entrepreneur more than anyone else.

Messaging from leadership often does not align with actual practices; commitments made are not always reflected in day-to-day operations. Work–life balance is limited, with expectations that can make it difficult to maintain personal time. Some members of leadership appear to lack management and HR training, which can lead to inconsistent or unprofessional handling of team issues. Compensation tends to be below market rates, which may be tied to maintaining competitiveness in bids or controlling operational costs but appear to be ineffectual.
