In Time Tec has a small, intimate atmosphere. Every person on our team is committed to a set of core values. That sounds cliche but in a small environment it is absolutely essential. Management allows individuals to assess company needs, be creative in building solutions, and be relentless in achieving results. There are no blockers to full expression of self at In Time Tec.

Cons

We are small. Anybody's problem is everybody's problem. Just like anybody's triumph is everybody's triumph. This collective responsibility makes us better at what we do.

InTimeTec is built on Trust, Transparency, Integrity, and Leadership. These values make InTimeTec a pretty unique company in its own way. The senior management team is caring and loving, while it also make sure everyone being challenged to do better. The company reward merit and deal with mediocracy boldly. The company takes a lot of pride in its culture and grow people with-in the organization in the technical lead and manager role to make sure everyone gets fair chance to grow before hiring senior people from outside. InTimeTec is an excellent company for personal growth, on job training, and promotions opportunities.

Cons

You might have a love and hate relationship with InTimeTec. Either you would like this company or hate this company. There is culture of punctuality, discipline, sincerity, and hard work; Furthermore, there is a need and push for the employees to constantly get better. If you're one of those who love challenges in life, this is the company for you. But if you want a comfortable life, you would regret after joining this company.
