As a company, we have hired freshers from the beginning and put our lives into empowering them and building their careers. That’s why most people talk about grooming fresher, which candidates get here and become world-class professionals in 2-3 years. Assisting fresher candidates to become effective communicators (both written and verbal) is something we consider our responsibility. Through this process, not only they learn to write better code, they could lead client conversations and lead projects too. Being fresh out of formal education, this degree of professionalism is not possible without the overall grooming they go through with us. Now that comes with discipline, hard work, and persistence. Now some facts - we hired around 140 freshers this year, and the rest all are experienced people. Also, If you look at our records, we were a team of 220 people five years ago, out of which 40-45 people are still working with us, which is around 20% of the strength at that time. We are currently a team of over 650 people, which is more than five years ago. At times, you may find our approach uncomfortable, and that’s okay. The ones who have patience and persistence towards learning go a long way with us as we advance in our mission of creating abundance. That’s the reason you see people who joined in the beginning (2009-2011) are still with us. Learning itself is never an easy process, and being a fresher, there is definitely a long road to cover.
