We, humans, have a natural tendency to find mistakes in anything that doesn't typically fit into our senses. Unfortunately, instead of doing something about the challenges you faced, you chose to blame everyone in the process. The complete approach of understanding and inheriting values from scratch seems long and difficult for most people because we're too busy finding the fault outside than holding trust in the journey and enjoying the process. Besides, we regularly conduct surveys across the organization to know our employees' experiences and do everything to remove the hurdles from everyone's path. Had you personally talked with anyone in the senior leadership team and shared your experience rather than looking at things from a distance and judging, the experience must have been different for you.
