Great people. Good platform to hone your development and testing skills. Good platform to hone just about any other skill as well.

Cons

Not exactly the place for innovation. You're generally expected to follow their values very closely. You also don't really get to choose the technology you work on.

I worked at InTime more than two years. I enjoyed working here. People are very nice and supportive. If you really want to build a career than InTimeTec is perfect for you. You just need to focus on you work management takes care of the rest.

Cons

No Cozy Comfort Zone :)

Pros

Best thing is employee can directly talk to higher management team. Higher management team is really good, leaders are authentic, and maintains transparency. Creating abundance is the second pros. hike and bonus are good, hike percentage is really good.

Cons

Infrastructure is not good. I have seen work pressure, and if employee fails to do something then they don't understand the things and sometimes show extreme aggressive behavior.
