      Pros

      health environment some people are good good hike if is there any dependence on you.

      Cons

      Anybody can become manager even peon, if you know how please top management and then play TT all the time. No job security, they will fire you, once they found alternate of you in less package. whatever work assigned, will be promoted to production directly without any review and later on they will catch dev team rather QA if any issue comes from customer. thats why this company is only for QA.
