Few authority members respect really what they say. I mean the words like trust, transparency, integrity and leadership. Since it is very small company in India, so good knowledge platform for a fresher, can learn and earn.

Cons

They should give acknowledge towards one's expertise technology rather than pushing on every technology. Very few real life projects, so need more focus on business side.

Management allows individuals to assess company needs, be creative in building solutions, and be relentless in achieving results. There are no blockers to full expression of self at In Time Tec.

Cons

We are small. Anybody's problem is everybody's problem. Just like anybody's triumph is everybody's triumph. This collective responsibility makes us better at what we do.
