      Pros

      Location of office is at good place. Although its rented place but its city centre

      Cons

      1. One person is engaged in multiple project where he/she has to handle client communication as well. 2. Clients are not aware about it so they keep expecting more. 3. Finally the employee and client suffer. 4. Developers are forced to change their technology or they get fired. 5. Frequent firing if you don't follow orders.

      1 Friendly environment 2. Call any person by their name only no sir/madam to seniors even you can call CEO by their name. 3. Transparency. 4. Programs like 'Learn & grow and Learn & contribute' helps to grow employee.

      Not so much other benefits and compensation
