As long as you are committed, hardworking and authentic, organisation will go upto great extent to support you in your growth. 2. If you want to learn and work on multiple technologies and language, then this is the organisation for you. 3. There is a session from the CEO who helps in our personal growth and one from CTO who teaches us how to write a clean code every week. The company invests a lot in its employee's growth and learning. 4. Good working environment and direct reach to higher management.
