Recommends Positive Outlook I have been working at In Time Tec full-time (More than a year) Pros A fresher generally needs a foundation to establish and grow, In Time Tec provides the environment to Learn and Grow. You can directly talk with CEO or anybody. Provides so much opportunity to learn( By different Sessions- Learn & Grow, Learn & Contribute, Code Complete, Sessions on particular languages) You can find following things here and in you *Transparency. *Abundance. *Leadership.

* You may have to start taking more responsibilities at an early stage which can be a downside if you never want to grow. * You may need to work harder sometimes as you get to work on new technologies which can be extremely annoying if you're not that passionate about creating value. * You may also need to work on weekends, if you are wasting your time on weekdays. * Worst problem is you may get fired if you…

Pros

1.Good for learning new technologies. 2.The Work environment is good, colleagues are very kind hearted and helping nature personality. 3.Giving more value to time. 4. Taking feedback from everyone- But No implementation. 5.Good hike and bonus based on performance.

Cons

1. Expectation is too much from freshers side. 2. Few of the managers are don't know technology, still they are managers, No idea of the development side, just pulling the legs to the developers and testers. 3. Concentrated on talking in meetings, Who talks more they are good at all. 4. Changing the technology frequently, Not getting any idea what we are doing and not able to become the master in any technology. 7. Lots of meetings/session 8. Shouting on the employees, calling after office hours to work.
