Pros
I have joined as a fresher in the Testing domain. In Time Tec provided me so many opportunities to learn and know my capabilities. Whenever I go to a comfort zone, In Time Tec gave me new challenges and always believed in me that I can take over the new challenge. I kept proving my self that I can do so many things that I never know. The work environment will be very friendly and there is no differentiation between senior employees and juniors employees. Everybody will be given the same importance. The best place to learn in professional and your personal life. If you respect the company and your job you will always receive the same respect in return.
Cons
I never see any cons work wise. But the cafeteria is not good, you won't get hygiene food and it's costly too. As its silk board, we don't have any option for other sources of food.
