It's very much a top-down organization, with the CEO making most of the commercial decisions, despite not being involved on a daily basis. In many functions, people don't get visibility to leadership, so unless you're one of the chosen few, you'll likely fly well below the radar. Also, despite claiming it's a FinTech type of company, systems and reporting are very antiquated and manual, so what should be easy tasks take an inordinate amount of time.

No empathy, White male domination. Nepotism overload. White male thinking abound, complete disregard to families’ need, women, minorities, and progressive thinking. Offices are not clean, extremely filthy bathrooms and dining areas.
