Pros

Working remotely was truly a great experience.

Cons

The C-Suite has no idea how to run a software company. The company has conducted multiple layoffs in an apparent attempt to improve its financial standing. There's a lack of clear direction. They acquired a company several years ago and have allowed it to operate somewhat independently, with the acquired entity effectively supporting the entire organization. The company's culture seems to prioritize a close-knit, exclusive environment, with accusations of nepotism.

Cons

No real cons, wish there was a ramp up period,however un capped comission is available to earn immediately.

Great place to grow technically and professionally

Supportive and Collaborative Culture – Teams are generally collaborative, and leadership is approachable and open to feedback. Work-Life Balance – Reasonable expectations and flexible hours make it easier to manage personal commitments.

Cons

Legacy Systems – Some projects still involve maintaining older systems, which might not appeal to all engineers.
