Pros

Full time remote work for most. Exceptional work / life balance. Great pay. No micromanagement.

Cons

Not a con in my mind, but remember this is a global company with global customers. You will probably work outside the 8-5 hours, but you're given flexibility to balance your workday.

InEight is, for all intents and purposes, a start-up. As such there have been growing pains as we moved from product building to go to market. InEight is growing its client base at a steady pace.
