Good people, and nice environment.

This company offers a decent work-life balance, a good benefit package, free Friday lunches that bring all departments together, casual dress code, a modern office, fun events to keep the staff engaged with one another and decent upward communication. The staff consists of brilliant, friendly people. InEight has gone through a lot of transition, even in the few months I have been here. This does offer a professional challenge that can be very satisfying if you appreciate this type of challenge; you can be a part of building the solid foundation of a successful software company. There is a stable product base and the new software developments are exciting.
