Pros

N8 is evolving, and is in a state of rebirth, a sort of in with the new and out with the old. The new direction is good. . .

Cons

But with direction change comes great responsibilities to the customer, and a large group of clients fear that the H$ product has gone away. Recently I had heard that N8 released 5 employees over 50 on the same day. I left on my own accord.

Pros

1) Hard working senior management 2) I feel that I have job security with the direction this company is headed 3) Great benefits 4) Unique software 5) We have employee-wide meetings to keep us up-to-date where we are able to ask questions and express concerns to senior management, and they are able to answer them on the spot.

Cons

1) Sometimes Friday lunch isn't always something I want to eat, but hey... it's free.
