Pros

There are few who are ready to help.

Cons

The few who want to help cant do so because of pressure and politics from other managers.

Pros

- They have one product that works Hard Dollar but they are only interested in selling to large enterprises for a million plus (middle tier and small companies need not apply) -Great Customer Base but in name only those customers only have a handful of users - Great Staff of Sales, Support, Services for Hard Dollar (although most are quitting or being laid- off)

Cons

- Top heavy in Management so many washed out SAP exec, trying to relive glory days - This is a software company being run by a construction firm (Kiewit) - They are really trying to sell the customized software they developed for Kiewit but it is to specific to their needs and not market ready - Software is vaporware and does not exist only for Kiewit and needs to be developed for any new customers (big cost and none is doing it) - This more than anything is an SAP reseller and not a software company, so cut out the middle man and buy from SAP they at least have a staff to support you

Pros

In theory, InEight is a good story. There are some great, intelligent, and motivated people working among the ranks.

Cons

Nobody's marching to the same beat because nobody can hear the beat. There is no active leadership. The CEO holds company wide cheerleader meetings every once in a while followed by complete silence and no follow through. Repeat cycle. Recent layoffs aside, retention is poor. Nothing is confidential.
