Pros
Let me be plain and clear the amount of knowledge if you put forth the effort to learn is amazing, there are or were some amazingly talented people there and to this day I do not regret working in this environment to this day. It improved my multi-tasking abilities, it gave me confidence in my ability to handle multiple situations at once, and gave me some important customer facing skills for remote and over the phone work and it is a great place to introduce yourself to Linux and web development in general.
Cons
It is a Call Center. I'm not going to sugar coat it the pay is good if you can crush numbers and bonus goals, but it is extremely stressful. You will be expected to work through lunches, you will be asked to handle situations that clearly a web hosting company shouldn't be supporting, and for a company that promotes values they seem to forget the most important value of family and extreme situations.
