Always hiring! Inmotion is always growing and so new opportunities always come up. Lots of advancement opportunities for entry, intermediate and advanced level technicians if you are dedicated to your work and wish to see this as a career move. Great leaders that wish to see you succeed and if you exceed expectations you are paid handsomely in bonuss'. Employee owned company Inmotion Really Cares.

LOTS OF BUSINESS , low staffed, but that's a great problem to have right?

Pros

Free lunch on Tuesdays unless volume is so huge that management forces you to skip it, which does happen VERY often.

Cons

Don't let a family member get extremely ill, the management at IMH, doesn't give two craps about that. They expect you to chose the job over a sick family member no matter what. Don't expect your nut-less team leads to stick up for you either, they're all so scared of S.B. that they would rather kiss his rear than to stick up for valuable employees. This includes getting cussed out by some of the rudest customers you will ever run into, in your life. But then again, what can you expect from someone who came right out and said "I care more about these customers, than ANY of you in this room right now" Do yourselves a favor, stay as FAR away from this place as possible. And all of these 4 and 5 star reviews you see up here, they all belong to the owners of the company and current managers who work there.

Pros

InMotion Hosting is a successful, growing company. This means new positions, new departments, and new growth opportunities continue to present themselves. As long as you stick around, work hard, and stand out from the crowd, you can write your own ticket and advance your career. There are many avenues for career advancement as well, in design, development, systems, engineering, management, marketing, business development, and more. The company puts a lot of effort and money towards a fun, rewarding environment. Quarterly team outings, 2 corporate events each year, weekly lunches, snacks and drinks in the kitchen, and many different competitions from cookoffs to foosball tournaments, and more.

Cons

People not willing to work hard and care about the customer typically don't last long. Sometimes, you may need to wait longer than you hoped to find advancement opportunities...however, they do come around fairly often.
