      Pros

      Good salary compared to most service based Salary breakup is very good and one can save loads of taxes Very inclusive.. People who are away from their hometowns and families seem to stick around for 5+ years easily due to the close bonds created by this company.

      Cons

      Changing projects or getting onsite opportunities is tough. They should get more Europe/UK projects rather than focussing on US
