It is a positive experience till now. The company had a great work culture, with a supportive team. I appreciated the opportunities I had for professional development and the company's commitment to work-life balance. However, there were some areas where I think the company could improve. Communication between teams could be better, especially when it came to sharing updates on projects or changes in direction. I would also appreciate support and guidance from upper management provided time to time. Overall, Incedo is a great place to work and I'm grateful for the experience I had there and for the relationships I built with my colleagues and managers.

1) In a services-oriented role, you may have limited control over the projects and clients you work with. 2) While Incedo offers competitive salaries, especially for fresh graduates, some individuals may find that salary growth is slower compared to other companies.
