      Pros

      You are trusted to do your job!! This is an autonomous position with no micro-managing involved. When you build a great relationship with a client, you see totally why the staffing-industry really is important/meaningful. The work-life balance is the best I have seen in my career as well!!

      The staffing industry has it's ups and downs like most other businesses. There are tough times in the economy which can lead to up and down job success.
