Business Outlook
Pros
Every other Friday off. Good ownership group. Cool people to work with. Lots of happy hours. Can make good money as a account manager but must get gifted good territory and established accounts.
Cons
Account managers have no one to answer to and in turn can do whatever they want. Office was open until 6pm and account managers would skip out routinely around 4:30pm. Commission structure for account managers and recruiters was very confusing.
