Pros

Working from home is great perk. Company provided a wonderful monthly expense stipend for office supplies and internet fee.

Cons

Constant changes within the company. Constant growth and new customers but nowhere near enough staff to help with growing and expanding need for our services. With this also comes not enough support at all hours from leadership.

Insulting Pay

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

The job offers autonomy and flexibility.

Cons

Recently cut Nurse Practitioner base pay to $38.71/hour with minimal bonus opportunity that does not bring compensation anywhere near a fair or livable wage. Employees suddenly cannot make ends meet. Compensation plan is confusing, even to the people that are responsible for explaining it to employees. Nurse Practitioners are a female dominated group and the glass ceiling seems taller than ever with this company.

We take your feedback seriously, particularly as we have done intentional work to ensure equitable and competitive compensation at Included. The Clinical compensation model is multi-layered with both base salary and bonus eligibility, which can be complex to understand. However, our data shows that the overall compensation package is in-line with the market. We recommend reaching out to your Manager or Talent Partner for additional support in navigating your particular situation.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We know that in order to raise the standard of healthcare, change is inevitably going to be part of our culture; “We Value Change” is one of our core values at Included. We’re aware this can be hard on team members though, and are implementing new ways to manage it without causing overwhelm. We're glad to hear you've felt supported by your Manager and encourage you to continue to lean on them and your Talent Partner to help navigate any future changes.
