      Pros

      Working alongside interesting, kind, and smart individuals who bring different skill sets to the table. I am challenged in my work (which is good, never a chance to get bored!)

      Cons

      Not a con for me, but for some the pace of change can be too overwhelming.

      Limited communication Poor management A good amount of technological issues with the app/old technology/counterintuitive fixes Feel like a rat in a wheel with a timer
