      They don't micromanage you. And you simply see patients with minimal outside paperwork

      The suggested vacation is too short for our level of experience. The bonus structure is too difficult to attain so you are making $46k

      Grand Rounds Destroyed a Good Company

      None anymore after the "merger"

      Cons

      The merger of Grand Rounds and Doctor on Demand totally destroyed what was a great company. Grand Rounds came in, totally took over management, destroyed the Doctor on Demand product, and have now almost entirely gutted what made Doctor on Demand great. Doctor on Demand was a Healthcare company that cared about its patients. Grand Rounds was a software company that cared about its investors. Long days, long nights, with no benefits (and a LOT of benefits removed (goodbye 401k matching!))), and managers that don't care about their employees. Literally go work anywhere else.
