Pros

Good benefits. Proactive internal communications from the CEO downward. A true desire to improve healthcare for all.

Cons

There has been a lot of procedural changes in the last 12 months due to a merger, which sometimes leads to miscommunication and stress. How impactful that is changes by which department you're in, from minor to major.
