The people are great. Remote work

Cons

Pay won't keep up with inflation but they keep expanding making you eseentially work for less. they say they promote internal growth and progress but despite the highest performance reviews and experience to match no movement internal has been seen by me and several others despite EXCESSIVE trying.

Micromanagement is ultra-extreme. Management both middle and upper is very negative. Autonomy, individuality, and creative thought highly discouraged. Clinicians expected to be robotic and scripted. Discrimination Long hours - poor support of life balance. Young company - immature management style. Overall toxic environment
