      I get to work with a lot of different teams, and I consistently enjoy my colleagues. They are smart, thoughtful, and fun!

      Company culture: Because of the pandemic, Grand Rounds has designated days off every 3 weeks for “rest day”— definitely promotes mental health. Benefits: Grand Rounds pays for medical, dental, and vision.

      Cons

      Lots of growing pains. There is a lack of quality training for temps.

      Pros

      Mission driven company, high growth! Culture is strong and positive and truly pervades daily work — not just empty words. The people are great here and generally very happy.

      Cons

      Mid-age company, and still having growing pains. Need to be very comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environment to succeed here.
