-Get to work from home -take no calls

Cons

-401k match was suddenly taken away. -Sick time taken away. -Management doesn’t know anything. -Management rather give a friend a role rather than someone who knows the work. -Want to add work to role but no more money. -Impossible to move to a different department because current manager has a say even if your an excellent worker.

Pros

-Company moves with speed on high priority issues. -Unlimited PTO if you can find time to use it. -Lean company so if you are good at what you do there will be strong exposure. -If you are open to working a large amount of hours there is ability to grow within your profession. -Majority of the people who work here are in it together.

Cons

-Company has gone through a merger in the last 18 months. Due to the merger there is still quite a bit of friction. -Power is consolidated between 3 main executives from one legacy company. -401k match has been removed due to budget constraints. -Recent layoffs hurt company culture.
