Pay

Pros

Helped with getting licensing which is needed

Cons

They switched the pay scale on me and every provider in the company 6 months into working with them. In my 10 years as working as a NP, I have never had a job pay me less and it was not related to my performance. Actually in my WHOLE life this situation has never happened to me. They said the person they hired for their books made an error and they were paying us too much. On top of that instead of allowing providers to leave since that is not the amount we signed up for, they said that according to our contract if we left and hadn’t worked there for a year we would have to pay back the licensing fees. To think, this company wanted us to be accommodating with their pay mess up but they couldn’t be accommodating with us leaving since this was not the pay we agreed on. BEWARE.

Pros

Work from home Woke culture

Cons

Management is really out of touch New EHR system is terrible, slow, and affecting productivity. Management doesn't care. Poor pay. Mandatory meetings you don't get paid for. Demanding, draining patients.

Poor Work culture

Business Outlook

Pros

Decent salary and comp package

Cons

Terrible work culture that is Positive for sake of positivity. Not actually implemented. All my coworkers were trying to get ahead and take credit for themselves. Needing help was met with "it is a you problem" response. Poor WLB. Terrible leadership who don't what anything and can't make decisions. Maybe it was just the team I was on, but I had to get out.
