Pros

Work from home Decent pay Monthly stipend

Cons

Removed 401k match recently. Now asking for reimbursements due to payroll "overpayments". Large amounts of confusion between departments and withing management chains. Large lack of structure due to an unusual aversion to business standards

Pros

I can’t think of one

Cons

Grand Rounds was the best job I ever had but as soon as the company merged, went downhill. So disorganized and they do not stand by their mission to provide healthcare to everyone.
