Pros

Unlimited DTO, fully paid health insurance premiums for individuals, great co-workers and culture, competitive pay for salaried employees

Cons

Hourly employees have low compensation, still an immature company that has a lot of work to do

The Clinical compensation model is multi-layered with both base salary and bonus eligibility, which can be challenging to navigate. However, our data shows that the overall compensation package is in-line with the market. We recommend reaching out to your Manager or Talent Partner for additional support in navigating your individual situation.
