      Pros

      The work we do day in and day out is different than what anyone else can provide out there. We are changing people's lives every day.

      Cons

      The pace of change is quick and there is not always compensation for continuously working long hours. That being said, they are always doing nice things to show they appreciate us -- picnics, t-shirts, very nice gifts to recognize our work anniversaries.

      Passionate and smart team members who are engaged with our mission impacting the healthcare industry navigating people to quality care quickly. The teams live by the values. People openly debate ideas (not people) and listen to each other valuing different perspectives. Diversity is the norm from recruiting through tenure. It's about the work. Growth, growth and more growth.

      Cons

      Nascency and ambiguity abound. Need to be flexible and a self starter. Collaboration and networking are key along with bringing your best self. Growth, growth and more growth.

      Great place for cutting edge technology to help people in their healthcare journey. The employees are diverse in all regards, and the atmosphere is collaborative within and between teams. Most everyone wants the individual to succeed as well as the entire company.
