Pros

Excellent communication from the top, down. Rewarding work contributing to the welfare of others. Great benefits and company culture. Promotes from within. Appreciated and rewarded for hard work. Tight knit group makes it feel like you get to work with your friends everyday. We are equipped with the latest and greatest equipment and are given company clothing on the first day. Very casual environment. If you are looking to be a part of something important to people, make a difference and have fun doing it, this is the place for you.

Cons

Frequently changing policies and practices. Go with the flow and speak up when you have ideas and you will be heard and appreciated.

Feedback is a gift, so thank you for taking the time to give it. For a company to thrive, communication flow in all directions is critical. Accordingly, please continue to speak up on how we can improve. This will only move of us closer to connecting all patients to the care they deserve. And suggestions for Grand Rounds logoed-apparel are always welcome.

Pros

I have never worked for a company that cares so much about their employees and making them happy. The work environment is very positive, encouraging and we are all a team and work together to achieve goals. We always put patients first and make sure that their needs are met so with that being said our management and CEO's treat every employee the same as our employees which is so awesome. Our schedules are great! We can work early in the morning or do the later morning shift and still are out of here by 6pm. There is so much room for growth and the health benefits are amazing!

Cons

I have not had any cons yet to this job. But if I do come across any I will definitely keep this up to date.

Feedback is a gift, so thank you for taking the time to give it. Speaking of gifts, a rewarding work environment is the gift - and responsibility - of every team member. Thanks for what you are surely doing to contribute to our workplace, and for your kind words on our benefits, culture and more. Please don't ever hesitate to bring forward suggestions on how we can do better.

Pros

From the moment we step in the doorway to even when we have stepped out of it, we are consistently encouraged, validated and reminded of how important we are in working to fix the broken healthcare system. We all share the same values to put the patient first so even if it comes down to crunch time, we are all on the same page working against time to ensure the best possible outcome for our patients. They have a culture where everyone thrives and a flat structure where no one walks around feeling any less important than anyone else. The benefits will blow your mind and the people will be ones you cannot wait to go out to happy hour with.

Cons

No cons as long as you realize it is still a startup company growing on a daily basis. Hiccups and growing pains maybe, but not cons.
