Pros

Awesome direct management with supportive team. Great benefits, until recently

Cons

Expect your pay and benefits to decrease on a regular basis. Promises the World, delivers on nothing. Get everything in writing, however, even then you will be advised at every turn (or change in pay) to “sign or resign”. Pay is not in alignment with even the lowest paying state (in the US). Worked there 2 years, had 5 changes in contract, each time with a decrease in annual compensation. Instead of “Included Health” it should be called “Excluded Health”, as if you are not an identified “minority” on their radar, you will be excluded.

The Clinical compensation model is multi-layered with both base salary and bonus eligibility, which can be challenging to navigate. However, our data shows that the overall compensation package is in-line with the market. We recommend reaching out to your Manager or Talent Partner for additional support in navigating your particular situation.

Thanks for highlighting our values of "We Seek Diverse Perspectives" and "We Value Change." In terms of compensation, the Clinical model is multi-layered with both base salary and bonus eligibility, which can be challenging to navigate. However, our data shows that the overall compensation package is in-line with the market. We recommend reaching out to your Manager or Talent Partner for additional support in navigating your particular situation.
