Changed the platform and it is bad for clinicians and clients. clients can't log in. worse for clinicians and impacts our pay; bought out by businessmen who don't care about mental health.

All pros are gone, there used to be some good ones

Cons

Watch Titanic and you’ll understand this shipwreck. The company has tried to do to much too fast and ended up steering us into an iceberg. We’ve seen a tremendous loss of talent in 2024 because the company had failed to heed the warnings given. The layoffs are so sickening and leadership just doesn’t seem to care. Everyone has such ambitious goals and managers get off the hook so easily because of distracted directors and above. There is no accountability. There are under performers that everyone knows about and they seem to survive layoffs over and over while they let go of truly talented team members.
