Pros

Helped with getting licensing which is needed

Cons

They switched the pay scale on me and every provider in the company 6 months into working with them. In my 10 years as working as a NP, I have never had a job pay me less and it was not related to my performance. Actually in my WHOLE life this situation has never happened to me. They said the person they hired for their books made an error and they were paying us too much. On top of that instead of allowing providers to leave since that is not the amount we signed up for, they said that according to our contract if we left and hadn’t worked there for a year we would have to pay back the licensing fees. To think, this company wanted us to be accommodating with their pay mess up but they couldn’t be accommodating with us leaving since this was not the pay we agreed on. BEWARE.

Thanks so much for your review. This is disappointing to hear and is never the experience we want for anyone on the team. We'll escalate this to leadership and recommend also reaching out to your Manager or Talent Partner for additional support. They're always available to help.

Pros

Dedicated, smart coworkers Fairly solid benefits Remote-first culture

Cons

Like many pre-IPO companies, this place faces a host of challenges -- including politics, favoritism, and nepotism among leadership and management. These issues are palpable, and their impact varies between teams. Additionally, rather than focusing their mission of better healthcare for all, attention is primarily on optics, metrics, and profit. Business strategies and goals are constantly changing, which means months-long work/ can easily be tossed in the trash. The 401(k) plan was removed years ago, and there have been continuous layoffs since then.

Our people and our mission are what make Included such a special place. But a big part of investing in our people is also ensuring team members feel that authentically come to life in the day-to-day. We take this seriously and will share it with leadership - we can't fall short here, like we did for you. Thanks for your review and all you contributed as part of the team!
