      The work is meaningful, pay is good and benefits are good

      Cons

      The Management was horrible and training was a set up for failure. And when this was brought to the attention of upper management no follow through was done regarding concerns.

      Pros

      Relatively good work environment but good managers are few and far between. Atmosphere used to feel like a “family” but now it’s much more disjointed

      Cons

      Overtime is expected, you can repeatedly ask for help then get put on a performance improvement plan because you’re not getting your work down. We’ve just won “best place to work” and just the next week after we take away holiday pay for the temporary employees. Right before Christmas when they have 24 hours off, this might be the right business move but it really brought down morale and makes even the full time employees, like myself, lose faith in the company when the company itself can’t even emulate its own values.
